Return policy

We understand that things don’t always go as planned the first time. That's why we’re happy to accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return in exchange for Be & Believe Boutique store credit (in the form of a gift card) within 12 days of the shipping date.

Please note that you will be responsible for a flat rate return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs regulations.

Exchanges are accepted within 12 days of the shipping date for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue a store credit refund.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, hair tools and accessories, swimwear, or sale items. Additionally, returns of gift cards or items marked as ‘final sale’ are not accepted.

We process returns as soon as we receive the package. Please allow at least 4 business days for your store credit to be activated after we receive the returned item.
